Why Work with a Coach?

If you’ve ever thought, “I should be able to figure this out,” but still find yourself running in circles — you’re not alone.

Maybe you've read the books, prayed the novenas, listened to the podcasts, tried the planners… and yet you recognize that something still feels off. There’s a quiet hum of overwhelm underneath it all — the mental clutter that makes peace feel out of reach.

That’s where coaching comes in.

Catholic coaching gives you a safe, sacred space, to grow in awareness of what is really going on beneath your overwhelm.

It's about helping you move from overwhelm to openness by becoming aware of the thoughts, fears, and patterns that have been shaping the way you see yourself, others, and God—and inviting Him into those places so He can bring healing.

Through coaching, you’ll learn to:
➡️ Grow in awareness of what's going on beneath the surface
➡️ Recognize thoughts and patterns that have been shaping your life
➡️ Invite God into the places that need healing
➡️ Discern what God is asking you today

➡️ Find freedom in who you are, not what you do

When you invite a coach into your story, you’re choosing to walk with someone who listens deeply, helps you notice patterns, and holds space for the Holy Spirit to move.

You’ll walk away with:
➡️ Greater peace in your relationship with God, yourself, and others
➡️ Confidence to discern and respond to God's invitations
➡️ The freedom to live from God's love instead of fear

Meet Kylie!

Kylie knows what it’s like to love God deeply and still feel like you’re running on empty. For years, she tried to be everything for everyone — the dependable one, the high achiever, the one who always got it done — yet underneath the full calendar and constant motion was a quiet ache for peace.

Through her own journey, Kylie discovered that God wasn’t asking her to do more — He was inviting her to be more present. To let go of praise, perfection, and the need to be productive. To surrender control of the outcomes.

That shift changed everything.

Today, as a Catholic Mindset Coach and Certified Spiritual Director, Kylie helps other women do the same — move from overwhelm to openness by creating space for prayer, presence, and purpose in the middle of real life.

Her coaching blends mindset tools with deep spiritual formation, helping women quiet the mental noise, confront their fears, and live from a place of peace instead of pressure. Clients often describe her as both practical and prayerful — a steady companion who helps them listen for God’s voice in the details of their day.

Kylie is also the host of the Persistence in Prayer podcast, where she walks with women who love Jesus but struggle to let Him lead. Whether she’s guiding a coaching session, recording an episode, or speaking at a retreat, her mission is the same: to help women slow down, notice God’s presence, and say their living yes with peace and confidence.

When she’s not coaching or podcasting, you’ll find her playing volleyball, buying too many books, avoiding lettuce (she’s allergic!), or enjoying small-town farm life with her husband, kids, and cows.
